Approved funds are paid directly to the veterinary provider, not to the applicant.
Submitting an application does not guarantee funding. Each request is reviewed individually based on eligibility and available funds.

Do I Qualify?
Financial assistance is intended for pet owners experiencing financial hardship who need help accessing necessary veterinary care for their pet. Eligibility is based on financial need, veterinary need, and available funding.
✓ Financial Need
Applicants should generally have a household income at or below 300% of the current Federal Poverty Guidelines. Households above this guideline may still be considered when extraordinary financial circumstances affect their ability to afford necessary veterinary care.
✓ Veterinary Care is Needed
Your pet must need qualifying veterinary treatment or care.
✓ Licensed Veterinary Provider
Care must be provided by a licensed veterinary clinic or provider.
✓ Direct Payment to Your Veterinarian
Approved funds are paid directly to the veterinary clinic, not to the applicant.

Please Keep in Mind
Assistance is subject to application approval and available funding. Standard awards may provide up to $1,000 per eligible pet. Additional assistance may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
